In charge of operational management of sales and marketing activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Moldova and the USA. Performing sales activities including objective accomplishment of short-term and long-term sales targets, as well as maintenance of continuous sales growth for all institutions (ITA, BA, IA, ITEP, LA, BAro, AA) through active training, orienting and counseling of the sales team and developing marketing strategies, action plans, resolving problems, determining system improvements, implementing change and realization accordingly. Strategic planning and impact analysis of marketing campaigns in these countries, budget allocation, negotiating and ensuring the best terms along with maintaining good partnerships. Identifying market trends and opportunities by determining consumer requirements, competitor’s share as well as strengths and weaknesses, proposing new ideas for growth, creating content and monitoring competition. Achieving marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, coaching new employees; communicating job expectations and monitoring individual results, appraising, reviewing results and suggesting further promotions and activities for employees. Improving internal communication among departments, problem solving, organizing in-class lectures in B&H, recruiting lecturers, defining contract elements and cooperation details, maintaining active communication with lecturers and monitoring customer satisfaction during and after the program. Organizing and attending promotional events, speaking publicly at interviews, conferences and presentations, analyzing media coverage as well as using a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image of the company through planned sales and marketing campaigns and PR activity.
