LINK Educational Alliance Employee Recognition Awards Program

Every company should have its corporate values defined, but an employee’s values are just important for the company. Employees should build their careers only in companies with values similar to their own. Otherwise, they will be at odds either with the company or with themselves. And the same goes for companies.
Dr. Valentin Kuleto

To show our gratitude for all the effort and hard work of our employees, LINK Educational Alliance is launching the LINK Educational Employee Recognition Awards Program, which aims to recognize and acknowledge employees and their contribution, as well as to express our pride and our gratitude as a company for all your achievements.

Thank you and job well done – recognizing and rewarding good performance

LINK Educational Alliance, as a great place to work, recognizes, acknowledges and appreciates the outstanding work and achievements of our employees.

It is important to see, recognize and reward hard work and commitment.

Promotions, horizontal and vertical movement within LEA

For hardworking people, progress and success are a certainty.

We frequently promote our employees to even more responsible positions, based on the independence and responsibility they have demonstrated, insight into their work, evaluation of quality, and the needs brought about by the company’s development.

Rewarding commitment and contribution and regular stimulations

LINK Educational Alliance aims to reward employees whose ideas, commitment and results have contributed to the improvement of our group’s business performance.

Each employee can inform the company about their achievements in writing, or recommend a colleague who, in their opinion, has significantly contributed to the company. Every proposal and explanation as to why an employee deserves an award will be taken into consideration, and every outstanding achievement will be rewarded with the title of the Strongest LINK edu Alliance Link.
