- recording your working hours is now easier thanks to the LINKportal Mobile App for Android and iOS.
Managing your attendance has now become more flexible, modern, and fully adjusted to your needs. The only thing you need to record your working hours using the company’s Internet connection is your smartphone (Android or iOS) and our app.
Regardless of your position at LINKgroup, this way of managing attendance will significantly improve and facilitate business our processes. For example, if you are at one of the many company locations, you can use the app to immediately log in and embark on your daily tasks.
The LINKportal Mobile App enables you to:
- record your working hours,
- manage your breaks and change your activities,
- view history and modify working hours,
- modify your password and personal profile,
- use the Dark Mode option,
- and much more to come.
Important note: You can download the app one one device only (the one you always carry with you). Logging in requires the use of a company Wi-Fi network. All our locations have free Wi-Fi so you can connect if you haven’t done so by now: LINKfreeWIFI, FSUfreeWIFI, ITS/ITHS-Free, ITS-Free; the password is the same for all networks: education. You can use your current password and username to log in to the attendance record.Â
