Preparing schedules for lectures at ITAcademy, BusinessAcademy, InternetAcademy and other education programmes within LINK group; Analysis of the harmonisation of DL and traditional classes; Publishing schedules and other schedule-related tasks; Updating class schedules on notice boards; Control of the availability and validity of the class-related equipment and software; Organising paper defense for students; Organising examinations; Cooperation with lecturers, programme managers, teaching coordinators and other associates; Scheduling and controlling whiteboard sessions; Organising various education events; Organising and monitoring livestreams; Coordinating space usage with other institutions; Providing students with information regarding class organisation, helping students with everyday activities; Scheduling and controlling chat consultations; Notifying participants in chat consultations.
