We value your hard work and reward your contributions
Every company aims to enhance its operations. What you need for your business activities to be successful and effective is employees who are satisfied and motivated to be productive, share their ideas, and contribute to the development and improvement in the way responsibilities are carried out. It is LINKgroup’s ideology to place a high value on its employees’ individual contributions, as well as their dedication to work and commitment to improving the company’s projects or activities.
As a company with a vision for success, which is achieved by our employees loving what they do, we constantly strive to reward our employees when their visionary thinking and innovations in their work contribute significantly to our operations. We believe every one of our employees can contribute in their own way, so we want to encourage them to always surpass their own skills and abilities, and also to enjoy working in our company.
That is why we think that each dedicated employee should be properly rewarded, depending on their contribution. If you believe you deserve additional remuneration for your contributions to LINKgroup, we’re inviting you to get in touch with us directly.
Who is eligible for a bonus?
Employees who think they have improved the company’s operations by putting in extra effort in their everyday activities can submit a request for a bonus, i.e. a short-term pay rise.
As a rule, the aforementioned contribution is of a short-term nature or refers to a specific situation or project, which means it does not have a long-term effect on the company’s activities, but the employee considers it a significant improvement in the company’s work in a given period. The kinds of situations for which an employee believes s/he deserves a one-off bonus do not include the everyday activities of his/her position or something that’s expected of employees performing that job under normal circumstances.
Request for a pay rise
A request for a long-term pay rise can be submitted by employees who believe they have permanently contributed to the company’s activities, made a long-term improvement to the company’s work, and/or believe their current pay is not in line with their commitment so far and the competence they demonstrate in their current position.
